Abstract:Taken a jacket platform in Bohai Sea as an example, a real-time health and safety monitoring system is developed for this platform structure. Based on the digital model analysis and actual conditions on site, the layout plan and installation technology of the sensor network measure system is confirmed. Different kinds of monitoring data are synchronized, stored and transferred with LabVIEW software and cloud synchronization technology. The feature extraction and pattern recognition technologies are used for the cloud data by data analysis and processing system. The real-time assessment and early warning for status patterns and health status of the platform structure can be achieved. The information will be fed back to the operators on site and management on time by security assessment and early warning system. After 1 year of operation observation, the state model recognition accuracy of jacket platform by this system can reach 85%. The structure health status can be fed back effectively. The operators on site and management can be assisted to make scientific decisions on abnormal situations.
