    简要介绍目前国内自升式平台桩腿吊装接长的常用方法,提出一种基于杠杆原理的平台桩腿吊装方案,并介绍该方案和所用工装的设计及应用情况,解决桩腿长度超出船坞龙门吊高度、常规吊装方案无法吊装的困难,保证平台下水前的完整性以及节省下水后租用大型浮吊的费用,节约建造成本。

    Abstract:

    The common methods of hoisting and lengthening the spud leg of jack-up platform in China at present are briefly introduced. A hoisting scheme of the platform spud leg based on lever principle is proposed. The design and application of the scheme and the tooling used are also introduced. The problem that the length of the spud leg exceeds the height of the gantry crane in the dock and the conventional hoisting scheme can not be lifted is solved, the integrity of the platform before launching is ensured, the cost of leasing a large floating crane after launching is saved, and the construction cost is saved.
