    基于渤海海域环境条件和常用管道规格,采用AGA软件分析黏土剪切强度Su和砂土相对密度Dr对海底管道侧向稳定性的影响,对比增加壁厚与增加配重层的工程投资,并计算不同规格海管在满足稳定性时的最小壁厚。结果表明:黏土对于稳定性的影响不规律,但在其剪切强度较小时,Su越大,稳定性越差;砂土相对密度Dr越大,稳定性越差;在黏土条件下管径越大,满足稳定性所需的最小壁厚越大;Dr对最小壁厚的影响比Su大。

    Abstract:

    Based on the environmental conditions of Bohai area and the pipeline specifications, the influence of clay shear strength Su and sand relative density Dr on the lateral stability of the submarine pipeline is analyzed by AGA software, the engineering investment of increasing the wall-thickness and the weight layer is compared, and the minimum wal-thickness of different specifications meeting the stability is calculated. The calculating results show that: the effect of clay on stability is irregular, but when the shear strength is small, the larger the Su, the worse the stability; the greater the Dr, the worse the stability; the larger the diameter under the condition of clay, the larger the minimum wall-thickness required; Dr has a greater effect on the minimum wall-thickness than Su.
