    摘要:

    针对钻井船月池区域结构,采取面板截面积等效平铺进腹板的加强筋简化方式,考虑非线性因素,在垂向弯矩、水平弯矩以及扭转工况下开展对月池区域结构的极限承载能力研究。根据极限状态下的破坏模式,针对月池舱段结构提出局部加强措施并进行对比分析。研究表明:钻井船月池区域结构易发生失效破坏的位置位于舱段2的部分悬空上甲板结构处;月池区域舱段在承受极限垂向弯矩载荷时,在中拱工况下较为危险;提升月池区域中部舱段在垂向弯矩载荷下的极限强度时,需同时对上甲板以及船底板结构进行局部加强。

    Abstract:

    For the structure of the drilling vessel moon-pool area structure, the simplified method of stiffener with equivalent cross-sectional area of panel laid into web is adopted.Considering the nonlinear factors, the ultimate bearing capacity of the moon-pool structure under vertical bending moment, horizontal bending moment and torsion condition is researched. According to the failure mode under the limit state, the local strengthening measures are proposed for the moon-pool structure and the comparative analysis is carried out. The study shows that: the location prone to failure is located at the partial structure in the upper deck structure of section 2; when the cabin of moon-pool area bears the ultimate vertical bending moment load, it is more dangerous in the mid-sag condition; to enhance the ultimate strength of the mid-cabin section under the vertical moment load, it is necessary to locally strengthen the upper deck and the ship's floor structure.
