    摘要:

    为分析南海某水下转塔单点基座焊缝在操作工况下的应力分布,基于水动力系泊软件计算单点系泊力,对单点基座焊缝进行有限元数值分析,通过其与焊缝应力应变监测数据的对比,讨论单点基座和甲板变形的不协调性对焊缝应力分布的影响,以期为单点卡钳基座结构设计的改善提供经验和技术支持。

    Abstract:

    In order to analyze the weld stress distribution of the single point base of a Submerge Turret Production (STP) system in Hainan under the operation condition, the mooring force of the single point mooring system is calculated based on hydrodynamic software, and the finite element analysis on the welds of the single point base is performed. By the comparison between the numerical analysis results and the practical monitoring data, the effects of the incompatible displacement between the single point base and the STP deck on the weld stress distribution is discussed. The analysis results are intended to provide experience and technical support for the design optimization of the single point caliper base.
