Abstract:In order to solve the problem that traditional natural gas dehydration technologies have many disadvantages, such as large area, relatively complex equipment, high operating cost of the system, high maintenance cost and environmental pollution, the applicability of a new type of natural gas dehydration technology on offshore platforms is studied. Taken an offshore platform project as an example, the problems existing in the application of supersonic natural gas dehydration technology are analyzed, and a set of system design solutions are obtained. The key technical indicators for the application of this technology in the offshore platform are pointed out, in order to provide theoretical support for future technology improvement and application.
