    摘要:

    海底管道终端(Pipeline End Termination, PLET)是海洋油气开发的关键设备,随着应用水深的增加其安装也面临着更多的挑战,深水中用J 型铺设安装国内缺少相关的经验。本文基于南海陵水17-2深水油气田开发,针对J 型铺设首端PLET安装,利用OrcaFlex软件开展数值模拟,拟在研究波流载荷对安装系统的影响,得到其作业窗口,并分析了J型PLET安装过程中作业窗口的影响因素。结果表明,PLET在飞溅区和着陆过程中比较危险,波浪周期10s左右波流同向横浪时是安装作业的控制工况。本文研究内容为南海陵水17-2海底管道J-lay首端PLET安装提供了重要的技术支持。

    Abstract:

    PLET is the key equipment for offshore oil and gas development, and its installation also faces more challenges as the application depth increases. There is a lack of domestic experience in J installation in deep water. Based on the development of Lingshui 17-2 deepwater oil and gas field in the South China Sea, this paper uses OrcaFlex software to carry out numerical simulation for the installation of the PLET head end of J-lay installation. Influencing factors of operability envelopes during J-type PLET installation. The results show that PLET is more dangerous in the splash zone and the landing process, and the control condition of the installation operation is when the wave period is about 10s in the same direction and transverse waves. The research content of this paper provides important technical support for the installation of J-lay head-end PLET in Lingshui 17-2 submarine pipeline in the South China Sea.
