    海上平台实施有杆采油技术是提高海上稠油热采效率的有效途径之一,但平台安全是新技术实施的前提。基于结构的极限工作状态及累积损伤理论,建立了导管架平台增加载荷的安全评价标准;针对导管架式固定平台,建立了海洋环境-有杆采油联合作用下的海洋平台力学模型。以LD某导管架平台为例,选用50年一遇的极值海洋环境载荷,基于安全准则得到目标平台的加载阈值;按有杆采油的设计额定载荷计,该平台在加载前后的安全系数降低不超过3%,由此可见导管架式平台具有足够的结构强度承受有杆举升工艺所产生的附加载荷。

    Abstract:

    The implementation of rod pumping technology on offshore platforms is one of the effective ways to improve the thermal recovery efficiency of offshore heavy oil, but platform safety is the prerequisite for the implementation of new technologies. Based on the limit working state and the cumulative damage theory of the structure, the safety evaluation standard for the increased load of the jacket platform is established. For the jacket platform, the mechanical model of the offshore platform under the joint action of the marine environment-rod pumping is established. Taking the LD platform as an example, the extreme oceanic environmental load of 50 years is selected, and the loading threshold of the target platform is obtained based on the safety criterion. According to the design-rated load of the rod mining, the safety factor of the LD platform is reduced by no more than 3% before and after loading, so that the jacket platform has sufficient structural strength to withstand the additional loads generated by the rod lift process.
