    摘要:

    3000吨级海上升压站上部组块整体吊装作业窗口少,施工风险大,因此开展上部组块分体式吊装研究具有重要工程意义。以大连某海域海上升压站为研究背景,采用ABAQUS数值模拟方法,开展上部组块分体式吊装对导管架基础竖向承载特性影响的数值模拟研究,研究结果表明,采用分体式吊装方案(1)升压站基础顶沉降量比整体加载方案小,但基础沉降不均匀,升压站基础有侧翻的风险;(2)升压站桩腿的总侧摩阻力比整体加载方案小,降低了承台的稳定性。(3)升压站基础桩身挠度比整体加载方案大,容易导致桩基周围土体发生破坏。

    Abstract:

    The overall lifting operation window of the partial block in the 3,000-ton offshore booster station is few and the construction risk is large. Therefore, the research on the split lifting of the upper block is of great engineering significance. Taking an offshore booster station in dalian as the research background, ABAQUS numerical simulation method was used to simulate the effect of upper block split lifting on vertical bearing characteristics of jacket foundation. Research results show that when adopts the split-type hoisting scheme (1) the top settlement of the booster station foundation is smaller than that of the overall loading scheme, but the foundation settlement is not uniform, and the foundation of the booster station has the risk of overturning; The total side friction resistance is smaller than the overall loading scheme, which reduces the stability of the bearing platform. (3) The deflection of the foundation pile body of the booster station is larger than that of the overall loading scheme, which is likely to cause damage to the soil around the pile foundation.
