    摘要:

    根据涠洲10-3单点的结构特点,提出了对其应采用整体拆除的拆除思路。针对该单点整体吊装需求,借鉴钢桩吊装方案创新性地设计了吊桩器吊装方案,借鉴隔水套管吊装方案创新性地设计了套筒镗孔吊装方案,此外还分别开展了调平吊耳吊装方案、盲板吊装方案和吊耳吊装方案这3种吊装方案设计。通过对上述5种吊装方案的技术可行性分析,在综合考虑项目多方面因素后,涠洲10-3单点拆除项目最终选用了吊耳吊装方案。在吊耳吊装方案应用实例中,分析了吊点板式吊耳安装在套筒外侧的原因,论述了所选用的吊点板式吊耳结构形式和其采用环形筋板的优点,并通过对该单点整体吊装强度的有限元分析,证明了选用吊耳吊装方案设计是可行的。

    Abstract:

    According to the structure character of WZ10-3 single point mooring,method of lifting removal as a whole is raised. Considering the requirement of lifting removal as a whole for this single point mooring, lifting pile tool method is designed creatively inspired by pile lifting method, and sleeve boring method is designed creatively inspired by conductor lifting method, and 3 other kinds of lifting methods, such as balancing lifting padeye method, blind plate method and padeye method, have also been designed. By analyzing the technical feasibility of these 5 kinds of lifting method, and by overall considering various factors of the project, padeye method was chosen at last. In the padeye lifting design, the reason for padeye welded on the outside of the sleeve is analyzed, and the advantages of padeye lifting method and ring stiffeners are also described, and FEA has been taken out for the structure strength check of the single point mooring lifting as a whole, and the conclusion is that the design of the padeye lifting method is feasible.
