    摘要:

    我国海洋油气资源开发主要依靠海洋平台,近些年无修井机平台的修井难题逐渐暴露,受修井机具制约,低效井、长停井制约油田增产上产。通过对目前我国海洋油气田无修井机平台修井方式的调研,将已经应用成熟的修井机搬迁技术、液压修井机技术、连续油管修井技术及投捞电泵技术进行综述,论证了各项技术所适用的条件,并对技术局限性进行了分析。根据我国国内海洋油田的开发情况,制约无钻修井平台修井瓶颈在于提高作业时效和降低作业费用。通过对国内海洋油气田开发趋势的分析,未来无钻修机平台修井技术将有较大进步。通过对无钻修机平台修井技术的思考展望,整理了海洋无钻修机平台修井的思路,为海洋平台开发和无钻修机平台修井提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    The development of offshore oil and gas resources in China mainly depends on offshore platforms. In recent years, the workover problem without workover rig platform is gradually exposed, which is restricted by workover tools, inefficient wells and long-term well shutdown. Based on the investigation of workover mode without workover rig platform in China"s offshore oil and gas fields, this paper summarizes the mature workover rig relocation technology, hydraulic workover rig technology, coiled tubing workover technology and bailing electric pump technology, demonstrates the applicable conditions of various technologies, and analyzes the technical limitations. According to the development situation of offshore oilfields in China, the bottleneck of workover without drilling platform is to improve operation efficiency and reduce operation cost. There will be great progress in drilling and workover technology in the future. Through the thinking and Prospect of workover technology without drilling and workover machine platform, the ideas of workover with offshore platform without drilling and workover machine are sorted out, which provides a reference for the development of offshore platform and workover with offshore platform without drilling and workover machine.
