In order to improve the manufacturing quality of topside of offshore oil and gas production platform，the traditional construction process of topside of offshore oil and gas production platform is analyzed， the intelligent manufacturing requirements of topside construction of offshore oil and gas production platform are proposed， the intelligent manufacturing construction process of plate storage， plate cutting， profile steel cutting，and steel deck-plates construction are discussed. A domestic marine industry enterprise has implemented the application of the intelligent manufacturing. This paper can provide a technical basis for intelligent manufacturing of topside construction of offshore oil and gas production platform, provide a reference for the intelligent manufacturing of offshore industry enterprises, and improve the manufacturing capacity and level of China’s marine industry enterprises.
