In the situation of increasing national demand for domestic production and decreasing Bohai integrated large oilfields，the development of marginal oilfields will become the focus．Based on the developed marginal oilfields in Bohai Sea，this paper combs and summarizes the interface data of upstream disciplines，and forms key data indicators by considering factors such as reservoir type，drilling depth, supporting distance，etc，and then establishes a rapid economic evaluation system and calculation model，and finally obtains the economic benefits and reserve development boundaries of oilfield under multi factor changes．Taking a marginal oilfield in Bozhong as an example, the average difference rate of key parameters is less than 10% compared with the conventional evaluation value. The reliability of the model is verified, which can meet the requirements of exploration target evaluation, reserve target evaluation and early research rapid evaluation, and provide quantitative economic support for rapid decision-making of Bohai Sea marginal oil field development．
