    摘要:

    分析某海洋修井机钻具与转盘中心对中偏差超限值的问题,收集平台设计、建造、运行过程中的数据并对修井机在不同井位时相关结构的变形数据进行校核,在确认导管架桩基承载力和上部组块杆件的强度仍满足要求后,提出对已发生变形的滑轨进行整体更换并重新调平的方案,经过测试确认所提方案满足修井作业的要求。

    Abstract:

    The causes of the over limit deviation between the drilling tool and the center of the rotary table of the drilling tool of an offshore workover rig are analyzed. The data of platform design, construction and operation are collected, and the relevant structural deformation data of the workover rig at different well positions are checked. After strength verification and evaluation, it is confirmed that the bearing capacity of the jacket pile foundation and the strength of the upper block members still meet the requirements. The scheme of overall replacement and releveling of the deformed slide rail is put forward. After testing, it is confirmed that the proposed scheme meets the requirements of workover operation.
