The production of Chinese offshore oil and gas fields occupies an important position in the exploitation of oil and gas fields in China. As the platforms in Bohai oilfield enter the middle and late stages of production, the mass fraction of the first by-product during oilfield exploitation gradually increases, its composition becomes complex and oil-water emulsification intensifies. The production water treatment process and equipment of Bohai oilfield are summarized, focusing on the production water treatment process applicable to Bohai heavy oil field and light oil field, and the mechanism and application of the inclined plate oil remover, cyclone oil remover, air float oil remover, multi-media filter and new Combination Fiber Coalescence (CFC) degreasing equipment are introduced.
