Abstract:Aiming at the repair problem of offshore wind power pipe parts, a composite process of arc welding-laser shock forging is used to repair Q235 steel pipe. The influence of laser shock frequency on the geometrical morphology, microstructure and microhardness of the weld joint is studied, and the comparison between arc weld-laser shock forging and arc welding is made. The results show that: with the increase of laser shock frequency, the weld width and weld depth increase, the residual height and residual height factor decrease, and the hardness of the fusion zone, partial fusion zone and heat affected zone increase; compared with arc welding repair, the microstructure of the cladding layer obtained by arc welding-laser shock forging is finer, the surface microcracks are significantly reduced, and the microhardness is higher (the average microhardness is increased by 9.39%).
