研究一套应用于海洋工程的虚拟仿真系统,此仿真系统由软件Vortex和Vega Prime的应用程序编程接口(Application Programming Interface,API)函数共同开发。使用三维建模软件Creator建立几何与地理模型,并建立基于Vortex的碰撞检测和动态响应的物理模型。完成仿真系统的总体架构和硬件平台与软件平台的搭建,详述船-缆-体多体耦合系统仿真整体流程,结合海底管道终端(Pipeline End Termination,PLET)海上安装实例阐述仿真系统的操作流程。该虚拟仿真系统对实际海上工程建设、投产及生产维修起到重要的指导和培训作用。
Abstract:
A virtual simulation system for ocean engineering is studied. The simulation system is jointly developed by the Application Programming Interface (API) functions of the software Vortex and Vega Prime. The 3D modeling software Creator is applied to create geometrical and geographical models. The physical models with collision detection and dynamics responses are established based on the Vortex software. The overall architecture of the simulation system and the establishment of hardware platform and software platform are completed, and the overall simulation process of ship-cable-body multibody coupling system is described in detail. The operation process of the virtual simulation is demonstrated by a typical ocean engineering case of Pipeline End Termination (PLET) installation. The virtual simulation system plays an important guidance and training role in the offshore construction, production and maintenance.
