    以右舷配备2台2 200 t起重机的半潜式起重拆解平台为例,建立稳性计算模型,对起重机吊载工况进行模拟。分析在艏吊、艉吊和联合吊等3种工况下平台在吃水一定时的横纵倾变化,并运用快速调载的方式将平台调平,给出调平后的配载方案,同时分析不同工况下的稳性。研究结果表明:起重机联合作业时的稳性较差,可以通过降低重心的方法提升平台的稳性。

    Abstract:

    Taken a semi-submersible lifting dismantling platform equipped with two 2 200 t crane on the starboard side as an example, the stability calculation model is set up to simulate the crane load conditions. The transverse and longitudinal changes of the platform under three working conditions of bow crane, stern crane and combined crane are analyzed. The platform is leveled by means of rapid load adjustment. The loading scheme after leveling is given, and the stability under different working conditions is analyzed. The results show that the stability of the combined operation of cranes is poor and the stability of the platform can be improved by reducing the center of gravity.
