    摘要:

    针对半潜式起重拆解平台快速压排载系统中经常发生的各空压机运转时间不均衡问题,设计空压机的启停控制寻优策略。采用模糊理论为空压机的启停制订详细的模糊规则,选取Mamdani算法作为模糊推理法,并进行典型工况的仿真试验。试验结果表明该策略能够在满足供气需求的同时平衡各空压机的运行时间,从而延长空压机的使用寿命。

    Abstract:

    In order to balance the running time of each air compressor in semi-submersible lifting and dismantling platform, the optimal control strategy is designed for the starting and stopping of the air compressor. The fuzzy rules are drawn up for the starting and stopping of the air compressor by the fuzzy theory. Mamdani algorithm is chosen as the fuzzy inference method, and the simulation experiment of the typical working condition is carried out. The experimental results show that the control strategy can balance the running time of each air compressor while satisfying the demand of air supply, thus the service life of the air compressor is extended.
