    摘要:

    针对海洋平台钻机司钻房内的控制系统结构庞大、控制方式繁杂、操控不便等问题,提出一种3网4层监控系统的网络架构。针对海洋平台钻机的高可靠性、高可用性和高安全性的要求,提出一种基于西门子S7-400H的动态容错冗余监控系统设计方案。对海洋平台钻机监控系统的各网络层进行冗余设计。基于信息通道结构建立海洋平台钻机监控系统的信息通道结构模型,并进行可靠性分析,结果表明该系统具有较高的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    For the problems of huge structure, complex controlling way and uneasy manipulation and maintenance of control system, a control system network architecture based on three-layer network and four-tier structure is proposed for the drilling rig of offshore platform. For the requirements of high reliability, availability and security to the drilling rig, a design scheme for the monitoring system of dynamic fault tolerant redundancy based on Siemens S7-400H is put forward. The network of the monitoring system at different layers is designed redundantly. Based on the information channel structure, an information channel structure model is established to analyze the reliability of the monitoring system. The analysis result shows that the system is of higher reliability.
